Refund Policy

PermitPilot is operated by The Joolt Group LLC.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. One-Time Purchases (Audits, Filing Fees, Concierge Services)

Unless required by law, one-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered or initiated, including:

• listing audit credits used
• compliance report generation
• concierge submission services once work begins or a submission is made

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed in error, contact support within 14 days. We may issue a correction or credit at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
