You can do everything yourself in the app (DIY) or let the AI Compliance Agent research, prep, and track submissions for you. Either way: one dashboard, no paperwork pile. Here’s the flow.
1. Add your property and jurisdiction
Tell us where your STR is and which city or county rules apply. We support dozens of jurisdictions and add more based on demand. Your data stays in your dashboard.
2. Run a compliance scan
Paste your listing text or connect a listing URL. Our engine runs deterministic checks against that jurisdiction’s rules (e.g., license must appear on ads, required documents). You get a score, a list of findings, and copy-paste fix text—no black box.

Upload licenses, screenshots, and approvals to your Proof Vault. When you need to show compliance to an HOA, insurer, or enforcement, we generate a Compliance Packet (PDF) with your evidence and audit history.
4. Stay on schedule
Set renewal reminders and get a monthly compliance report: score trend, regressions, upcoming renewals, and what you’ve completed. If your jurisdiction changes rules or required docs, Change Watch notifies you.
