  • Listings: URLs, platform names, pasted listing text
  • Documents: uploads to Proof Vault (PDFs, screenshots, confirmations)
  • Support communications: messages, requests, feedback
  • Payment: handled by payment provider (we typically receive limited billing metadata)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data: pages visited, actions taken, timestamps
  • Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URLs
  • Cookies/session tokens for authentication and security

1.3 AI/LLM Inputs and Outputs

If you use AI features, we may process:

  • messages you send to the AI tools,
  • relevant context from your account (checklist states, findings),
  • AI outputs (drafts, suggested steps),

for the purpose of providing the feature and improving reliability.

  • provide and operate the Service (audits, readiness, renewals, packets)
  • maintain Proof Vault and generate reports and PDFs
  • send transactional messages (reports, reminders, status updates)
  • provide support and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information.
