- Listings: URLs, platform names, pasted listing text
- Documents: uploads to Proof Vault (PDFs, screenshots, confirmations)
- Support communications: messages, requests, feedback
- Payment: handled by payment provider (we typically receive limited billing metadata)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: pages visited, actions taken, timestamps
- Log data: IP address, browser type, referring URLs
- Cookies/session tokens for authentication and security
1.3 AI/LLM Inputs and Outputs
If you use AI features, we may process:
- messages you send to the AI tools,
- relevant context from your account (checklist states, findings),
- AI outputs (drafts, suggested steps),
for the purpose of providing the feature and improving reliability.

- provide and operate the Service (audits, readiness, renewals, packets)
- maintain Proof Vault and generate reports and PDFs
- send transactional messages (reports, reminders, status updates)
- provide support and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information.

- Service providers (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing)
